$250.00 per participant

Sun, Aug. 11 9:00am - 9:00pm

12 Hours of Hands-on Continuing Education

Fully Approved by NCBMTB. In this course therapists will gain a better understanding of hot stone massage; learning not just the theory but how to integrate it almost seamlessly into a treatment.  We will then take it to the next level by exploring tandem hot stone massage; working with another therapist to create a hot stone massage treatment like no other. In addition to hot stone treatments we will also go over hot and cold hydrotherapy, the different types that can be utilized during a massage treatment,  the benefits and precautions and how you can use them for home care suggestions.  This course is for beginning massage therapists or seasoned professionals, or for those who have shied away from hot stones in your career due to the disconnection that working with stones can create.  The integration of hot stones, cold stones and hydrotherapy are all great ways to add value to your practice as well as to your clients’ well being.
