In addition to this completed online application, you will need to complete the requirements listed below:

  • Receive a professional massage from an LMT and complete the Professional Massage Receiving Assignment

  • Complete an informational interview

  • Pass a reading comprehension test, administered during entrance interview (Reading will be silent, questions will be asked and answered orally)

  • Pass a physical administered by a licensed physician and obtain a doctor’s signature

  • Provide proof of a high school diploma or the equivalent

  • Provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID

 

You can send in this application first and complete the remainder of the requirements by the program start date. Your enrollment will not be secured until you have fulfilled all of the above requirements, signed an enrollment agreement, and made a $500 deposit towards your tuition payment. 

In order for your application to be considered, you must submit the $75 application fee. This fee is non-refundable after (3) business days from receipt or if applicant has begun class. The application fee is not included in the tuition costs, but is included in the $800 of student fees.
