Practical Myofascial for the Full Body

$250.00 per participant

12-Hour One-Day. Feb 23, 2026, 9am - 9pm

12 Hours of Hands-on Continuing Education

Fully Approved by NCBMTB. Meets GA requirements. We enter into CE Broker same-day.

This course is designed for massage therapists who want to incorporate myofascial release in their treatments. This training will give students an understanding of what fascia is, where it is in the body, and how, using slow steady pressure, we can create a myofascial "release." We will look at the most current research in this field to help us understand the mechanisms that underly the tissue changes we feel. This course will explain the principles of myofascial release and will allow plenty of hands-on time to make sure students have good tissue engagement and are able to perform the techniques well. Myofascial shearing techniques will be shown for the back, neck, arms, and legs. A variety of application styles will be presented so there is likely to be new information even for seasoned practitioners.

Instructor Bio: Adrienne Permar, LMT, BSc. completed over 4000 hours of massage therapy training in British Columbia, Canada.
