This course will provide an understanding of the function of the lymphatic system and how we can improve its function. Though not intended to treat complicated medical conditions, this course will provide a basic lymphatic drainage protocol for the full body. Applications for this protocol include: wellness detoxification, sports recovery, acute injury healing, mild swelling in extremities from benign causes, migraines, headaches, concussions, sinus congestion, skin conditions such as acne, fertility, treatment of digestive disorders, and more. See how this practical lymphatic protocol can improve your effectiveness in a way that’s easy on your hands!
