This class will give participants and in-depth understanding of the guidelines for giving home care and how to incorporate home care into their practices.

This class will teach students how to safely and effectively give home care options for clients for a variety of conditions including headaches, carpal tunnel, patellofemoral syndrome, tennis elbow, low back pain, piriformis syndrome, knee pain, plantar fasciitis, and more. Treatment modalities will include self massage, nerve flossing, stretching and strengthening, ice massage, and hydrotherapy.
